After completing a two year general Sonography program, can I get vascular/cardiac training afterward?
I want to be skilled in those areas as well, but don’t want to spend much more time training (especially since I might enter a different healthcare career a few years or so afterward).
What are some options there?
Thanks! : )

I think it requires a course in vascular and cardiac sonography. Check this link http://www. uams. edu/chrp/sonography/coursedescriptions. asp This describes the course. If you’ve already completed some of the components, you may be able to skip them. I suggest you consult a school of allied health that offers such a program and ask.
